Public Art policy change in toledo
This is an old article, but one that I remain particularly proud of in that it created a change in municipal policy for how the City of Toledo considered and handled public art, murals, and graffiti — meaning that the City began considering for the first time. Some 12 years later, Toledo is home to robust public art movement.
